The 2025 Texoma Travelers Fall Rally took place in San Antonio, Texas, at the San Antonio / Alamo KOA campground. We had an impressive turnout with 55 LTVs in attendance, including five first-time attendees at a Texoma Travelers Rally.
The rally officially began on Wednesday afternoon with a meet-and-greet in the rally hall. A catered grazing table kept everyone well fed, while our ambassadors connected with first-timers and introduced them to other members. Club Leader Peter Kaestner welcomed the group and shared announcements about the weekend’s activities. The evening wrapped up with campfire gatherings filled with travel stories and laughter.
Thursday kicked off with a group photo followed by an owner’s seminar led by Peter. After a short break, Matt from CTM Customs in Stuart, Florida, gave an engaging presentation about the growth of his company and its focus on LTV power and suspension upgrade services. Matt and his son, Aaron, fielded questions and chatted with members throughout the morning. They also generously sponsored a pizza and salad lunch, supported by our hardworking hospitality team.
The afternoon offered free time—members met with Matt for one-on-one discussions, toured the Pearl, biked the Greenway, visited with friends, or enjoyed some rest.
At 5:00 pm, we reconvened in the rally hall for a delicious dinner catered by Rudy’s BBQ. A traffic delay slowed the catering team, but members made the most of the extra social time. Once dinner arrived, conversation quieted as everyone enjoyed the meal. The night concluded with a lively bingo session featuring wonderful prizes donated by three generous members.
Friday morning, a large group boarded a tour bus for visits to four of the historic San Antonio Missions. Our driver and guide brought the stories of Texas history to life. About half the group stayed downtown afterward to explore the Alamo and Riverwalk, while the rest returned to the campground for a relaxed afternoon and evening.
Saturday began with gentle yoga stretches in the rally hall, followed by a popular group bike ride along the Greenway. Others enjoyed board and card games, sightseeing in San Antonio, or time with nearby friends and family. After lunch, we hosted an owner’s roundtable and show-and-tell session, where members shared favorite gadgets, upgrades, and travel tips. Our local LTV expert, Josh McBryde, answered maintenance questions and completed small jobs for owners throughout the weekend. The remainder of the afternoon was open for golf at the adjacent course, games, conversations, or well-earned naps.
At 6:45 pm, we gathered for a delicious dessert bar sponsored by Josh, followed by our club meeting. Many LTV door prizes were awarded, and Peter announced that new leadership volunteers will be needed next year. He also shared that our spring rally will take place in Arkansas, with details to be emailed once finalized. The evening wrapped up with more games and campfire chats.
Sunday morning brought warm goodbyes—and plenty of “see ya laters”—as attendees departed for home or their next adventure. It was a wonderful rally filled with new friendships, renewed connections, and great memories.
See you in Arkansas!
